God, Cruz and Country

“And can the liberties of a nation be thought secure when we have removed their only firm basis, a conviction in the minds of the people that these liberties are of the gift of God? That they are not to be violated but with His wrath? Indeed I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just; that His justice cannot sleep forever.” ~ Thomas Jefferson

Cruz_TimeAfter careful research, and in light of the formerly unforeseen, it would appear safe to conclude that the natural born citizen clause would cover those who are born to an American citizen just beyond the border. In the midst of such a scenario, the naturalized status would be passed on at birth. Any further rendering or interpretation, especially in a restrictive sense, would result in excessively unnecessary speculation and analysis; especially when it comes to Senator Ted Cruz, who has proven himself to hold a high regard for American law and the citizenry who are thus protected. As for President Obama, there appears to be a little more to the story.  His is an unfortunate and possibly deceitful one

“The argument over Obama did not end here because his mother, Ann Dunham, was underage at the time Obama was born and the naturalization statutes at the time may have disqualified her from transferring citizenship to her son because it was not clear she was in the U.S. for seven years (after attaining the age of 21) before Obama was born.” – Garth Kant

As for Ted Cruz, in terms of his knowledge and respect for a true Constitutional form of government, he seems to have the right stuff. And in a day where traditionalists and constitutionalists are being driven to the fringes of society by overexposed and overly represented Marxist revolutionaries, his rise is vital. A foundational restoration is long overdue.

In the meantime, conservative voices are not even tolerated on a university debate stage.

A bold and reckless confiscation and consolidation of international power and resource cannot be realized unless ideological conformity is achieved. If one’s ideology cannot stand when objective scrutiny is applied then maybe a reevaluation is in order. Rigging the system, manipulating the culture, and re-imagining established law could never wholly defeat natural reality and existential truth. The oppressive mandate will ultimately give way to a righteous resistance.

Ultimately, a godless liberal left can never truly know tolerance; they only know the will of their father…

“Lest we forget at least an over-the-shoulder acknowledgment to the very first radical: from all our legends, mythology, and history… the first radical known to man who rebelled against the establishment and did it so effectively that he at least won his own kingdom — Lucifer.”  – Saul Alinsky
