It is so refreshing to finally see at least one state (Alabama) stand up and push back against the tyranny of the federal government and judicial activists. Six Alabama Supreme Court justices issued an opinion today that federal tyranny doesn’t alter the judges’ duty to administer state law, which defines marriage as between only one man and one woman.

Last week the anti-Christian hate mongers of the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) successfully bullied a Mississippi Gulf Coast school district into giving obeisance to the homofascist agenda. It was the Moss Point School District that caved in the face of lawfare waged by the SPLC on behalf of a homosexual high school student who claims she was bullied at school. Did this really need a lawsuit?

In the wake of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s speech to the U.S. Congress, Democrat Nancy Pelosi says she’s “saddened by the condescension toward our knowledge of the threat posed by Iran and our broader commitment to preventing nuclear proliferation.” Yes, she should be….and it should motivate her to STOP her party from behaving as if they do not understand the threat posed by Iran, and behaving as if the United States, under the executive leadership of Barack Obama, has NO commitment to preventing nuclear proliferation.

A political group with close ties to the House Republican leadership just launched new TV ads attacking three conservative congressmen for refusing to fund President Obama’s illegal executive amnesty.

President Obama’s famous pen and phone were hard at work last week, as he launched an attack on some of his closest allies. Using 80-year-old telecommunications law, the Federal Communications Commission, under what appears to be direct orders from the President, announced far-reaching rules to govern the Internet, effectively turning it into a public utility. Now, it seems as if some of the President’s left-wing Silicon Valley supporters are not amused.

The Progressives are beyond ecstatic on how easy it is today to implement their lawless euphemistic agenda! After 80 years of greasing the skids and zealously and relentlessly pushing an anti - Judeo/Christian American culture, they are now at the moment of triumph in which they can freely execute all of their godless and delusional Utopian designs on self absorbed America with little to no opposition.

Today the South Dakota Legislature will be considering bills such as HB 1161 to rein in the authority of the South Dakota High School Activities Association to promote the homosexual agenda, SB 111 to deal with vote fraud, HB 1058 dealing with quarantine of contagious diseases, immunizations, sex offender requirements, abortions, human trafficking, as well as “empty shell” vehicle bills such as HB 1169 and HB 1171 that we may have to “pass it to find out what is in it.”
