ABC News has launched an investigation into the EB-5 “cash for visas” program that was the brainchild of Democrat Senator Ted Kennedy. The program also came up several times during the 2014 election as U.S. Senate candidate Mike Rounds dealt with uncomfortable questions about his involvement in the program which, in South Dakota, spawned a bankrupt beef plant, a former state official dead under odd circumstances, and $120 million of the taxpayer’s money missing.

It is a sad time in America when we are in fear of our government. You need look no further than what Lois Lerner did with the hammer of the IRS. We are all just one audit away from destruction.

In the U.S. Supreme Court case Kelo v. New London the supreme court “injustices” essentially decreed that no one can own property in America any longer. Any civil government body, state, federal or local can seize your property by eminent domain and there is nothing you can do about it.
