Restoring the Foundations of Civil Society

Ken Connor

In the wake of President Obama's decisive reelection, the GOP is engaged in some serious soul-searching. Pundits on the Right and Left are cautioning Republicans that their party is facing extinction unless some major changes are made. They maintain it's evolve or die for the GOP. The question is, how much can an institution change without losing its identity? If "change" for the Republican Party means ceasing to stand for the conservative principles that have defined it since the time of Abraham Lincoln, is that what Republicans want? Is that what America needs?

If Obama is the messiah, is the GOP Satan?

William R. Mann

The Left is nauseatingly slavish. But, do you really think anyone at the apex of the vaunted GOP Power Pyramid really fathoms, understands, or cares about what we are up against? I have concluded that they do not. They may be truly nice folks, but that is irrelevant. They are not living in the same world I live in. How about yours?

World Bank Cranks the Thermostat on Global Warming

Bill Wilson

A recent report by the World Bank has found that the world will warm by 4 degrees Celsius this century, and that the negative impacts of climate change will disproportionately hurt developing, poorer regions. But even if the U.S. and other nations were to voluntarily restrict carbon emissions — a questionable proposition in itself — other nations like China and India would certainly fill in the gap to meet the needs of their own growing populations.

Jamie Foxx’s Spirit of Anti-Christ

David Pepe

We thought that we would just provide a biblical perspective and comment on the Jamie Foxx comments at the Soul Train awards; but in all honesty the hyper narcissistic godless Hollywood industry will just about say and do anything for money and self-praise. It should never surprise anyone what garbage comes out of their mouths for with their tongues they proclaim to all just who and what they are.

Pravda: Illiterate Society Reelected Obama

Gina Miller

I read with sad amazement a couple of columns in the new, non-communist Pravda online by Xavier Lerma. One is titled, “Obama’s Soviet Mistake,” and the other, “The Reason Obama is President.” Mr. Lerma clearly understands the terrible place of tyranny America has chosen, and he knows the reasons why.

During World War I, Britain was ineffective manufacturing explosives, until a breakthrough in synthesizing acetone was made by Jewish chemist Dr. Chaim Weizmann, who was born NOVEMBER 27, 1874. In gratitude, Britain issued the Balfour Declaration, establishing a Jewish homeland.

‘Our Lord and Savior Barack Obama’ Honored on Soul Train

Bob Ellis

We've know for over four years that Barack Obama is The One, the Obamessiah to the Left, but I'd have to say that Jamie Foxx's pronouncement of Barack Obama as "Lord and Savior" is going more than a little too far.

Obama: Raising Minimum Wage for Unions

Nathan Mehrens

President Obama’s decision to bypass Congress and raise the minimum wage from $7.25 to $10.10 for federal contract workers is a very big deal — and not just because it will force U.S. taxpayers to shell out more money on the same inefficiently delivered, often-unnecessary government services.

Republicans Are Also the Enemy of the American People

Bob Ellis

You may not have heard about this yet, but the Republican Party completely and intentionally sold out the American people. In the latest Republican capitulation to Democrats, Senate Republicans not only caved on increasing the debt limit yet again, they took the extra measure of not calling the roll on the votes so they could hide their cowardly and despicable votes from the public.

Dining on Kentucky Fried Constitution

Guest Author

It may be National Marriage Week, but the federal bench has a funny way of celebrating it. In courtrooms from Kentucky to Nevada, democracy is taking a beating from activist judges anxious to put their stamp on the march toward same-sex "marriage." Bluegrass voters were the latest ones caught in the undertow, as a surge of amendment challenges sweep through Middle America. This time, it was a Republican appointee doing the honors.

US Soldiers Now Forced to Fight Two-Front War in Afghanistan

Billy and Karen Vaughn

US soldiers in Afghanistan are now forced to fight a two-fronted war. Before each deployment, these soldiers understand fully that day after day they will do battle against relentless terrorists with shifting loyalties and unspeakable hatred. But what none of them could have foreseen was the killing field that would open from their rear...the continental United States.

Mind Games: The Helplessness of Living in this World

Carrie K. Hutchens

I'm tired of the mind games. I'm tired of listening to people swear the lie is the truth and the truth is the lie. I'm tired of people not using the brains given them to review the "actual" facts, rather than parroting (and whole-heartedly believing) the narrative handed to them by the propaganda squad of radical liberals.

"We don't intend to turn the Republican Party over to the traitors in the battle just ended. We will have no more of those candidates who are pledged to the same goals as our opposition and who seek our support. Turning the party over to the so-called moderates wouldn't make any sense at all." - Ronald Reagan, Nov. 10, 1964
