Somehow it’s lost in today’s liberal-controlled America that a civilized society does not emerge spontaneously from individuals giving maximum vent to their impulses. Civilization is the product of living by truths and rules, received through tradition, that control and direct our primitive impulses, lifting us to our highest potentials.

As a U.S. Senator, Ted Cruz has demonstrated a willingness to fight for our Second Amendment rights. He is working with GOA on legislation to repeal the Obama Administration’s gun ban that is (and will) affect millions of military veterans and senior citizens.

The Constitution has been steadily chipped away at, undermined, eroded, whittled down, and generally discarded to such an extent that what we are left with today is but a shadow of the robust document adopted more than two centuries ago.

The rule of law is fundamental to our nation’s existence, and it has been destroyed over the past seven years both by the Obama administration and federal courts with acquiescence from desperate-to-be-loved Congressional leadership.

Our system has been confiscated, exploited and rotted by outside powers and forces. It’s not the system itself that’s the problem but the players and manipulators. It seems as if many of ‘the just’ have been placed on the outside. Our God-given Natural Rights as guaranteed by the original intent of the US Constitution have gone out the window.

Like Union troops hunkered at Fort Sumter, faithful Christians are now exiles in our own land. As the nation has watched a woman be sent to jail for keeping her oath to uphold the Constitution and the laws of the land, some conservatives and Christians believe Kim Davis should have been obedient to lawless tyranny. Are they right?

When a sodomite confronts a county clerk for not handing out state licenses in violation of Gods Moral law and calls it bigotry, homophobia or hate, we, as Americans, need to realize that they are willfully ignorant or just plain wicked. And the wicked are those who know the truth, but choose not to obey the truth.

If we are too comfortable or otherwise engaged to “institute new Government,” might it be possible to at least return to the Constitutional limits upon the present one? If so, how can we go about it? Should we pass a law that says, “The Federal Government must abide by the Constitution” and then wait for the Supreme Court to interpret that to mean “The Federal Government can do whatever it pleases”?
