I have heard from time to time that there are people in America who believe Obama is going to try to run for another term as President. I could see the theory flames being stoked this weekend as Obama invoked the “cut it out” gesture, slicing his hand in front of his neck while a small crowd at a Princeton basketball game cheered, “Four more years! Four more years!”

There is no such thing as same-sex marriage. Neither individual states nor the Supreme Court have any such authority to redefine marriage. You see, some things are real. Some things are make believe. Knowing the difference is critically, crucially important.

Recently, Sean Hannity interviewed Dr. Carson and as a result Dr. Carson received a lot of criticism for his pro-family values. During the interview, he stated, “I simply have decided I am not really going to talk about that (homosexual rights) issue any more…”. As you may recall, Snowden made public the unconstitutional, unlawful, and criminal behavior of the National Security Agency.

The Laws of Nature’s God was acknowledged by American jurisprudence and referred to in the Declaration of Independence. William Blackstone, our founder’s law professor, stated, “Upon these two foundations, the law of nature and the law of revelation (Bible), depend all human laws; that is to say, no human laws should be suffered to contradict these.” War against Law is war against God - and it is un-American.

This administration is preparing to implement an immigration plan that could provide legal protection for up to 5 million illegal immigrants and give them work permits as well. This seems like a lot of rule-breaking, but what are the rules, and just who is the one breaking the rules? Well, the answers are easy to find when we study the rulebook…

I am grateful that the History Channel is bringing up the topic of our Founders, but I wonder - how accurate is it? For instance, the show inaccurately portrays Samuel Adams as a poor, bar-hopping, 30-year-old on probation. When in truth he inherited money and a business from his father, had a wife and children, was a political leader in Boston, had an abiding Christian faith, and was 43 years old when the events occurred. There is no evidence to support the “dramatic” depiction of Samuel Adams as a bar crawling, womanizing, street thug on probation.

Outgoing Texas Gov. Rick Perry, while keeping in tradition of the state of Texas, handed over a very coveted copy of the Bible to Governor-elect Greg Abbott. As has been tradition in Texas, Perry underlined the a scripture inside of the book for the incoming governor to mediate on.

A California teacher is being called into question for allegedly handing out “Bible cookies” as rewards and promoting an after-school Bible club he helps to facilitate. John Alameda, a teacher at New Vision High School in Stockton, California, is being accused of “unlawful proselytization,” according to a small, misnamed “First Amendment group” that has charged Mr. Alameda with violating “Separation of Church and State”. But please note that the words “Separation”, “Church”, or “State” are not found in the First Amendment. I will grant the word “of” is used 5 times.
