Brian Williams is a liar. Like most in the media, Williams is also a hardcore liberal. While not all liberals are liars, lying is endemic to hardcore liberalism. It is a natural byproduct of moral relativism, the worldview from which liberalism derives.But who is a bigger liar than Brian Williams?

Mr. Jenner, you are about to irreversibly mutilate your body and scar your soul. By all accounts, you have already begun doing so. Cosmetically destroying your genitalia, adding artificial breasts and superficially altering your features to make you appear (you really won’t) as a woman, will no more make you a woman than putting fake antlers on a puppy can make it an antelope. It will only make you the object of pity and ridicule.

Well, that didn’t take long. This summer after Barack Obama inexplicably (and illegally) freed five of the Taliban’s most deadly terrorists in exchange for army deserter Bowe Bergdahl, I asked a burning question – a question that remains unanswered: “What will it take for our spineless U.S. Congress to impeach this tyrant? Whether Obama is intentionally trying to overthrow his own government is open for debate. But that he is, “adhering to [America’s] Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort,” is without question.

Truth is universal. It applies to everyone, including to the relativist who might prefer wandering aimless and far removed from logic’s narrow path, the wilderness of spiritual death. It remains true for all, for instance, that if one leaps from the Sears Tower, one will, absent some intervening salvation, splat below like a ripe tomato. Whether we like it or not, this is the natural order of things. The question at hand is this: What exactly is “same-sex marriage”?

Those of us defending the institution of legitimate marriage and fighting to preserve respect for sexual morality in our culture have long warned of the greasy slope made slippery by the advent of counterfeit “same-sex marriage.” There are already those defending pedophilia, and now the incest movement is afoot.

“Offend a Christian and he is obliged to pray for your salvation. Offend a Muslim and he is obliged to murder you.” So observed conservative journalist Robert Stacy McCain in the wake of last week’s horrific Charlie Hebdo massacre in France. And then we have Islam’s useful idiots – the politically correct set: secular-”progressive” media-types and other left-wing ivory tower elitists bent on bowing in subservient dhimmitude to the “religion of peace.”

Salon.com’s Valerie Tarico is the anti-Christian gift that keeps on giving. She hates Christ. She hates men. And she hates the women who love them. In a Dec. 21 Salon screed headlined, “Why rape is so intrinsic to religion,” Tarico gratuitously, and despicably, asserts that God raped Mary.

As Christians, we are called to stand our ground, in love, against all wickedness. We do so not because we are righteous – we are not – but because of Christ’s righteousness in us. As Christ followers, we are to follow Christ. We are to stand for His truths. When we do, and while we may face persecution, He will ultimately honor our faithfulness for His own glory and purpose.

I am no longer a Republican. John Boehner, Mitch McConnell and their Democrat-lite, RINO Republican establishment have seen to that. They have betrayed their own constituents. They have actively turned against the American people – the very voters who granted them power to do good.

Take any objective evil, say, homosexual sin. State its prefix, “homo.” Just add “phobia,” and voila! The person who holds to the millennia-old precepts of authentic biblical sexual morality is no longer a “Christian,” but, rather, is magically transformed into that mythical creature called “The Homophobe.” Cute. The same applies to so-called “Islamophobia.”
