We have seen so many stories of how our college campuses have been taken over by communist sympathizers, 60s radicals and domestic terrorists (but I repeat myself) who are teaching the most outrageous, anti-American, anti-freedom, pro-debauchery lessons to the impressionable, young people who attend. What of this “check your privilege” foolishness that some kids are eating up like candy?

Since last week, many thousands of Chris McDaniel supporters are struggling mightily with how to vote next Tuesday or whether to even vote at all. After the wicked behavior of Thad Cochran’s campaign in telling detestable lies about Chris McDaniel and his supporters, along with allegations of possible vote buying and other gutter tactics, we are left with a terribly crummy dilemma. What true conservative would want to vote for Thad Cochran after his reprehensible actions? So, what do we do?

Perhaps the most diabolical advancement of Barack Obama’s tyrannical, anti-American agenda is in the area of the radical homosexual movement. From militant homosexual activists, we have seen a full-frontal assault on the rights of Christians and others who oppose the campaign to force on America the acceptance of special “rights” for sexual deviants and the destruction of the definition of marriage.

I don’t know whether conservatives who support Alabama Statewide Amendment 3 are doing so out of a lack of understanding of the danger to their gun rights that amendment poses, or if they are leftist infiltrators posing as conservatives to mislead people into voting away their God-given right to keep and bear arms. Either way, it’s not good.

Jason Baker’s column from Wednesday, “Alabama Statewide Amendment 3 could be a slippery slope,” warns against the possible dangers to Alabamans’ right to keep and bear arms due to the wording of the proposed amendment to the state’s constitution. I want to concur with Mr. Baker’s sentiments and amplify the warning.

There is a blog site of the hard-Left called Right Wing Watch. I have written about it before. It’s a propaganda arm of People for the American Way, a grossly misnamed, radical anti-American organization founded in 1981 by television giant, Norman Lear. They work to perpetuate the evil character denigration of those of us who speak in defense of the freedom and foundation of the United States and who proclaim the truth of God’s Word.

The new American Freedom Defense Initiative ad campaign consists of simple, common-sense declarations of the truth of what we face with hell-born Muslim conquest around the world. However, the deluded adherents to “political correctness” among us refuse to tell the truth about Islamic jihad, and instead, attack those of us who do.

This is a difficult column to write. It may earn me scorn from fellow conservatives who strongly trust in their hard-earned, stored provisions. But, it is a subject that has weighed on my mind. The question concerns Christians, not unbelievers. Is serious “prepping” something Christians should do?

Are some correct in their claim that Christians should not be politically active? This is a question with which many Christians have struggled, due to the lack of overt New Testament admonitions to do so. Yet how many Christians throughout history, inspired by the fire of God’s Word in their spirits, have stood firmly against evil actions by civil governments? Were they wrong?

The collapse of moral clarity in the United States is plainly shown in the withering sensibilities of the American people. Far too many today, especially of the younger generations that have been steeped in moral relativism in left-minded, government-run public schools, can no longer discern truth from error. More and more people, young and old, are being taken in by the moral equivalency arguments for counterfeit marriage.
