Nancy Pelosi: We Will Block Funding of Zika Virus Bill Unless Planned Parenthood is also Funded

Nancy Pelosi
Some things never change, like Nancy Pelosi and the rest of the addle-brained Democratic Party. Pelosi and her cohorts originally insisted that new funding was desperately needed for the Zika virus. Now we have the Democrats blocking funding for combatting the Zika virus – for the third time!
Why would the Dems do this? Two reasons actually.
The first is an attempt to score political points thereby hoping to get more Democrats elected in the House and Senate. The Dems riding on a supposed wave of anti-Trumpism and Republican do-nothings can therefore persuade frustrated voters to turn in their direction and elect more Democrats. After all, it’s the Republicans holding up the funding for Zika for no good reason right?
Which brings us to reason number two the Dems are blocking Zika funding – their goddess, Planned Parenthood. The Republicans inserted a rider that limits additional funding to Planned Parenthood in Puerto Rico.
On Wednesday, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi said they would continue to block the aid funding unless the abortion chain gets more funding. The pro-abortion Democrat said she is willing to compromise with Republicans on other issues but not on the Planned Parenthood funding.
This writers agrees with not funding Planned Parenthood anywhere for any reason, they are an abomination that needs to be shut down. Just as Chicago Ill. is the murder capitol of the U.S., Planned Parenthood is the undisputed leader in baby murders.
The Republicans will likely drop the rider concerning Planned Parenthood unfortunately, as that may be the only way to secure funding to fight the Zika virus. That being said, if dropping the rider secures the needed funding, it is the right thing to do.
Let’s go back to the Dems grandstanding and game playing. If what I’m saying here is not true then why has president Obama taken no action? Obama loves to issue executive orders to do whatever he so desires – so why hasn’t he done so in this case?
For example, the Food and Drug Administration could expedite the approval of a genetically engineered male mosquito pioneered by the British company Oxitec. Basically what happens is this: the mosquito fails to reach maturity and dies, the desired effect being a drastic lowering of the mosquito population. Trials have proven to be very successful, so why isn’t the U.S. pursuing this?
The Zika virus can cause birth defects in babies, so stopping its spread is a legitimate concern. Instead, the Dems focus on securing funding for abortion giant Planned Parenthood – whom manipulates the abortion process to secure body parts and organs for sale. Wow.
Furthermore, a Planned Parenthood activist had this to say: In April, a Planned Parenthood activist said women who are pregnant and contract Zika ought to be able to abort their babies because of the possible risk of birth defects. The abortion activists called killing such babies a “human right.”
In Miami Florida where there has been a Zika virus outbreak, Planned Parenthood staffers have been going door to door and their handout material of course promotes abortion.
While the bill to fund the fight against the Zika virus should stand on its own, well, one can plainly see where Nancy Pelosi and her party’s loyalties lie.
