Blind Anger Votes for Donald Trump

Phil Jensen

Klavan_TrumpThis presentation (below) by Andrew Klavan very accurately sums up all the logic that is or can be involved in a vote for Donald Trump.

If you doubt it, consider the evidence:

There is a LOT to be angry about in America right now, given the fact that the leadership of BOTH major political parties have utterly betrayed the interest of the American people, the founding principles of our nation, and our nation’s highest law, the U.S. Constitution.

But for that anger to be useful, we must direct it intelligently, toward a rational solution.  Not jump over a cliff with the same kind of liberal that got us into this mess in the first place.

Well, Trump won here in Florida… showing that, once again, Republicans are unwittingly letting Democrats tell them who to vote for.

It’s Democrats who are giving Trump all the attention in the media, Democrats who are pretending it’s up to them to “stop Trump”… and, of course, Democrats who are helping Trump win in states with open primaries.

    • Yep. I think I’ve reached the inescapable conclusion that we as a people are simply too stupid to deserve to be free anymore. (I’ve suspected it for a long time).

Excellent article. Knee-jerk voting is almost as bad as low-information voting. In fact, it’s worse because the opposition can, to some extent through the media, control the information that causes the knee jerk.

But this is nothing new. We have, for several decades now, been a populace that is inveigled with celebrity politicians. How else could Ventura or Schwarzenegger, two completely unqualified individuals for a state executive seat, be elected if not for the artificial aura that Hollywood bestows?
