Gov. Daugaard Signs Bills into Law

South Dakota Governor Dennis Daugaard
PIERRE, S.D. – South Dakota Gov. Dennis Daugaard has signed the following bills into law:
SB 23 – An Act to revise certain provisions regarding the ownership and management of the South Dakota Art Museum.
SB 31 – An Act to revise certain provisions regarding coordination of benefits between health plans.
SB 32 – An Act to revise certain provisions regarding veteran’s preference for all veterans who are United States citizens who seek employment with the state, a county, or a municipality.
HB 1016 – An Act to revise certain provisions regarding references for auditing standards used by the Department of Revenue.
HB 1018 – An Act to revise the sales and use tax exemptions for farm machinery.
HB 1019 – An Act to revise certain provisions regarding exemptions from sales and use taxation of farm machinery, attachment units, and irrigation equipment used exclusively for agricultural purposes.
HB 1025 – An Act to revise certain provisions regarding banks and banking.
HB 1028 – An Act to revise certain provisions regarding money transmitters and money transmissions.
HB1036 – An Act to codify legislation enacted in 2014.
HB 1045 – An Act to revise certain provisions regarding licensure of dentists and dental hygienists and registration of dental auxiliaries.
