John Boener is Delusional…or a Brazen Liar
Would you like to observe a completely delusional person from a safe distance?
Then take a look at Speaker John Boehner, who says it pains him to be referred to as the spineless squish that he is.
From the Daily Caller:
“During my years here when I voted, I had the 8th most conservative voting record in the Congress,” Boehner said Thursday, rebutting the conservative criticism. “And it does pain me to be described as spineless or a squish.”
I’d have to look (and probably should, because I don’t believe a word that comes out of this spineless squish’s mouth), but even if he really did once have the 8th most conservative record in Congress, that doesn’t mean jack squat today. John McCain used to be a reliable conservative…prior to his complete sellout in the late 1990s. You don’t get to rest forever on your laurels.
What matters is that today, John Boehner lacks the guts to lead the charge to defund ObamaCare, peddles amnesty, rides herd on worthless debt deals that allow irresponsible spending to continue, and hammers conservatives for having the audacity to actually expect the Republican Party to fight for its own documented goals.
I have some cheap, friendly and helpful advice for Boehner: If you don’t want to be described as being a spineless squish, don’t be a spineless squish.
It’s really simple. If you don’t want to be called a liar, don’t run around lying. If you don’t want to be called a thief, don’t run around stealing.
And if you don’t want to be called a spineless squish, don’t be a spineless squish.
Now for the truly delusional part:
“And I tell you what pains me the most is when they describe me as the establishment,” Boehner continued. “Now, I’m the most anti-establishment speaker we’ve ever had.”
Spare me. John Boehner is the epitome of “establishment.” John Boehner is the pinnacle of “establishment.” He is the leader of one entire body of congress–the one containing the largest number of Republicans–and represents the corrupt, liberal agenda of the rest of the political establishment class.
For Boehner to say he’s anti-establishment is either delusional, or a brazen lie.
In either case, don’t count on any significant action to turn our country away from the abyss of liberalism. Delusional liars aren’t known for acts of courage.
