While I have met very few voters who enjoy paying taxes, I’ve met even fewer who believe the tax code should only apply to some of us. When presented with the facts—instead of misleading rhetoric—most voters believe in fair play and want every business to have a shot to compete in the free market without the government picking winners and losers.

If ever a federal agency has made ineptitude into an art form, it has to be the IRS. After months of stonewalling and grandstanding and Fifth Amendment privilege-pleading before congressional committees, Lois Lerner and the IRS are now the subject of a federal lawsuit. In response to charges that they unfairly impeded the tax-exempt application of the organization “True the Vote,” for political reasons, the IRS is invoking “the dog ate my homework” defense.

Among the Republicans inside-the-Beltway, there’s no desire to fight for a smaller government. There’s an acceptance of what is, and they claim it’s rooted in this is what the American people are voting for.

“What better way to give a boost to the Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing Act and the remaking of American neighborhoods than to start injecting illegal immigrant populations into targeted cities and towns in the suburbs all across the country?” That was national radio talk show superhost Rush Limbaugh commenting on a Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulation, “Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing.”

The power of the gospel must never be overlooked. It lives in the hearts of men. It annihilates the evil nature and iniquitous disposition. It resides in the heart and soul of Nicky Cruz. Nicky Cruz was a young, cold, heartless, murdering, New York City gang leader when he was subdued by the only power outside the grave that could stop him…

Whether it’s the insane, deliberate exploding of the welfare rolls, the wicked, near-daily flood of lawlessness from Obama, his administration and federal departments, the treasonous Obama administration-orchestrated illegal alien invasion of our nation from the southern border, the swapping of terrorist enemy combatants for an Army deserter, his EPA’s war on our energy supplies, his war on our military and so much more, we are witnessing the defeat and destruction of the United States of America by enemies within.

Be sure to forward this commentary to everybody you know who voted for Barack Obama. Especially if they are black. Especially if they are burdened by white guilt. Especially if they think that Obama cares about “regular” people. Especially if they think he gives a rip about poor black kids. Especially if they think he wants to bring healing and equality to the races. Especially if they are Christians. Especially if they think he is one of them.
