Gosch-Gant Gaggle: The Most Sad and Pathetic Aspect

According to the Rapid City Journal, Stephanie Strong, who sued the South Dakota Secretary of State to get our state government to uphold the law impartially, doesn’t have the money to pay the tens of thousands of dollars our court system has ordered her to pay for her impudence in insisting that the law be upheld.

America’s First Female President Won’t Be Hillary!

America’s First Female President Won’t Be Hillary!

I have long thought that President Obama displayed more feminine attributes in his male persona that I am comfortable with. Note: I said “persona.” Now, a persona is a personal facade, a mask, if you will, that one presents to the world. It is supposed to be the “person” you think yourself to be and would like others to believe you are.

The Treachery of Judas (Credit: Andrey Mironov)

21st Century Judas

Where is the George Whitefield or Jonathan Edwards of our day? Are there any just and righteous men left in America? Who can we count on to stand tall, even in the face of public scrutiny, for all that is righteous and good? We need God-fearing men of integrity who will not wilt under the presence of secular authority.

Stace Nelson: Candidate for U.S. Senate from South Dakota

Republican Liberty Caucus Endorses Stace Nelson for U.S. Senate

A spirit of change and reform is sweeping the country. Incumbents are being voted out and principled reformers are heading to Washington with a dedication to liberty, Constitutionally limited government and free markets. The Republican Liberty Caucus believes Stace Nelson will be an important part of this movement for change, and we have given him our endorsement in the Republican Primary for the U.S. Senate in South Dakota.

Lawlessness is Not Love

Lawlessness is Not Love

When you have “Republicans” who will sink to this level of tripe to justify their values sellout, we are truly in desperate need of some distinction between the Republican and Democrat Parties. Said Jeb Bush this weekend of illegal aliens: “Yes, they broke the law, but it’s not a felony. It’s an act of love, it’s an act of commitment to your family.”

Play to Win, or Don’t Bother

Play to Win, or Don’t Bother

Steve Deace has a great column at BarbWire, and it exposes…the lack of seriousness and dereliction of duty on the part of Christians and conservatives. You see, we on the Right face an enemy that understands we are in a war of good and evil (and they are Hell-bent on pursuing evil); they aren’t fooled (by their own propaganda aimed at us) that politics is a game, or a social exercise, or a sport, or a friendly disagreement about how to get things done.

Snapshot of Tyranny in New Mexico

Snapshot of Tyranny in New Mexico

Is the judicial branch now writing the epilogue to the American experiment in ordered liberty? Real equality — the kind the Left insists it wants — demands that everyone, not just a vocal few, have the ability to live and work according to their conscience. And if the courts won’t uphold it, state and federal legislatures must.

Where We’re At

Where We’re At

President Bush said one thing that was true. Immediately following our first 9/11 attack, he mentioned that, and I’m paraphrasing, “you’re either with America or you’re against America.” This stance is foreign to many since, over recent decades, our public education centers have de-emphasized the value of being an American. It’s now obvious that any reform or pendulum swing needs to address and correct this mindset.

SOS: Speaking of Seniors – Saved a Woman $2600

SOS: Speaking of Seniors - Saved a Woman $2600

An elderly woman visited my office and brought a payment demand letter from an attorney’s office to get my help. The woman is from Hobart, Indiana. The letter from the attorney stated that if our client did not pay a $2,600 bill for medical services right away, the law firm would file a lawsuit.
