A bill to protect religious freedom from homosexual activists in South Dakota was heard and defeated in a “Republican” supermajority state Senate committee today. SB 128 to “protect the citizens and businesses of South Dakota regarding speech pertaining to views on sexual orientation and to provide for the defense of such citizens and businesses” was heard in the Senate Judiciary Committee.
