A bill to prohibit registered sex offenders from loitering in certain places was approved by the South Dakota Senate Judiciary Committee today. SB 125 seeks to add public libraries to the places registered sex offenders are prohibited from loitering in.

Big Tea Party Poll Backs Cruz, Rejects Christie
From the Washington Examiner comes word of 62,000 grassroots (e.g. Tea Party) activists finds big support for the 2016 candidates for president that you’d expect, and little for the ones you’d expect. No real surprises here. As they always have, Tea Party patriots support Americans who support American values and the values that the GOP used to stand for…and they have no use for frauds who sell out those values on the altar of the vain pursuit of pleasing liberals.

William Barber of the North Carolina NAACP for his (NC NAACP President) levied against Senator Tim Scott and the Tea Party: “A ventriloquist can always find a good dummy.
