A committee in the “Republican” supermajority South Dakota House has, for the second year in a row, voted to extend taxpayer-funded health care to pregnant illegal aliens. The bill was deliberately framed as having nothing to do with illegal immigration, but rather framed as a “pro life” and “fiscally conservative” bill.
