U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia Judge Richard Leon, ruling in a case enjoining the National Security Agency (NSA) from gathering intelligence, including hundreds of millions of phone and email on every single person in the country, said “I cannot imagine a more ‘indiscriminate’ and ‘arbitrary invasion’ than this systematic and high tech collection and retention of personal data on virtually every single citizen for purposes of querying and analyzing it without prior judicial approval.”

Thanks to a new partnership with a Louisiana drag queen show, the administration thinks it’s finally be tapping into a market it needs to boost enrollment numbers. With the help of the Center for American Progress (CAP), a troupe of transvestites called Wednesday Night Tea has started promoting HealthCare.gov as part of its act.
