Do I Make Fundamentalism Look Cool?

Do I Make Fundamentalism Look Cool?

This week, in an article at Salon.com, I was named, along with Tim Tebow, as one of five Christian “hipsters” trying to make fundamentalism look cool. Fundamentalism is defined in Webster’s 1828 dictionary as “a leading or primary principle, rule, law or article, which serves as the ground work of a system; essential part; as the fundamentals of the Christian faith.”

Poll: Vast Majority of Uninsured Uninterested in ObamaCare

Breitbart highlights the latest Gallup results which found the overwhelming majority of the uninsured aren’t interested in this socialist scam known as ObamaCare in the first place. So Democrats trampled the U.S. Constitution and people’s religious and general freedom, and “Republicans” shamelessly caved on their stated principles…all for this???

New Polling Spells Bad News for RINO Sellouts

New Polling Spells Bad News for RINO Sellouts

Glenn Beck did an interesting segment a couple of days ago on the Virginia gubernatorial race, the “libertarian” spoiler in that race, and the propaganda being manufactured and spread like manure by the RINO establishment of the GOP about the Tea Party. Capital Punishment and the Value of Innocent Human Life

I’ve written on the death penalty a number of times because there are few issues more pertinent to the health of a society, and few circumstances where the opportunity to demonstrate or diminish the value of innocent human life are in such sharp focus. Dennis Prager has some interesting an compelling things to say about the death penalty.

What You Know Just Ain’t So

What You Know Just Ain’t So

A man known as Josh Billings, one of the leading American humorists during the second half of the nineteenth century, once said this: “It ain’t what a man don’t know that makes him a fool…It’s all the things he does know…that just ain’t so.” I think we can heartily agree that it’s a problem when a man or woman takes action based on beliefs that are flawed. It’s really a recipe for disaster.
