According to Breitbart.com, a county clerk in Tippecanoe County, Indiana told homosexual activists they could be jailed for committing perjury in submitting a falsified marriage license application. You see, the marriage license application has spaces designated for “male applicant” and “female applicant.” Why would a marriage license application have one space for a male applicant and one space for a female applicant?

South Dakota State Senator Larry Rhoden (R) of Union Center was in Rapid City today to officially announce that he is running for one of South Dakota’s U.S. Senate seats that will be vacated by Democrat Tim Johnson next year. Rhoden said he feels call to serve our nation, and that we could probably all agree that our nation is headed in the wrong direction. “We don’t fix it by maintaining the status quo,” said Rhoden.

Senator John Thune (R-SD) spoke on the floor of the U.S. Senate in favor of a permanent “delay” of ObamaCare, in response to the Obama Administration’s unilateral decision to delay the employer mandate provision of ObamaCare. If this unconstitutional law is bad enough for the Democrats to avoid facing the consequences of it electorally in 2014, it is certainly bad enough to protect the American people (and American businesses) from it forever.

Is this the beginning of the end of the filibuster? If Senate Republicans object to a series of upcoming nominations this month, “Democrats plan to threaten to use the impasse to change the Senate rules,” eliminating the filibuster, reports the New York Times. But is Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) really willing to sacrifice the 96-year-old filibuster embodied in Senate Rule XXII just to fill some nominations?

It seems a British woman who was suffering from heart distress called 999 (the British version of 911) and the government health care computer determined she didn’t need an ambulance. Two hours later, she was dead. Today, Larry Klayman, a former federal prosecutor and founder of Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch, and the Citizens’ Prosecutor for an Ocala, Florida Citizens’ Grand Jury, delivered Florida Governor Rick Scott a letter demanding the criminal prosecution of State’s Attorney Angela Corey. Corey was the prosecutor who issued a sworn arrest warrant and criminal complaint that resulted in criminal charges against George Zimmerman.
