Senate Approves Minuteman Missile Bill

U.S. Senators Tim Johnson and John Thune announced today that legislation to facilitate construction of a visitor center at the Minuteman Missile National Historic Site was unanimously approved by the Senate. Johnson and Thune’s legislation would transfer approximately 29 acres of National Forest Service land to the National Park Service to construct a visitor facility and provide parking. The legislation now heads to the House of Representatives for consideration.

This “broken” immigration system is by design. We can pass all the legislation one desires but if laws are not enforced, they are “broken.” And the design I reference has now become obvious with the “supreme” court’s latest unconstitutional decree which, if nothing else, supports this broken chorus! In a 7-2 anti Arizona immigration decision, these ill behaved black robes have once again turned their back on our law of the land as they assign more legitimacy to foreigners than to our Constitution.
