It seems the results of two recent polls found Americans are more concerned that government is or will overstep its authority than they are about terrorism. In a day and age where the TSA gropes you (and your children and grandma) when you go to the airport, and with the spectre of drones and drone strikes within our own borders, and statism on the march through ObamaCare, the EPA and a host of other government intrusions, it is fast becoming apparent that the answer is, “Yes, government is going too far into our personal lives, even under the auspices of protecting us from terrorism.”

SPLC Link to Domestic Terrorism
The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) has a problem. They are now directly tied to a terrorist act committed by a nut who attacked the Family Research Council because the SPLC listed that group as a “hate group” due to their traditional views on marriage and family. The SPLC makes a living as one of the left’s favorite hate finger pointers, and now due to their over the top rhetoric, they are certified in federal court as being directly responsible for an act of domestic terrorism.
