Marriage is what it is

Marriage is what it is

Here’s what marriage is: The God-ordained, lifelong, covenantal union between man and wife, designed to provide men, women and children optimal stability and overall well-being. Marriage is that biologically, spiritually and morally centered institution calculated to ensure responsible procreation and perpetuate the human race. Marriage – real marriage – represents the fundamental cornerstone of any healthy society (any society that hopes to survive, at least).

I’m Talking ‘Bout Jesus

I’m Talking ‘Bout Jesus

Here’s one that gets me fired UP about the one who saved me. He’s one of the handful of human beings to ever rise from the dead (so far), and the only one to do so under his own power. Acknowledging the resurrection of the Savior is what Easter is about.

I’ll Rise Again

I’ll Rise Again

Thanks to Jesus’ sacrifice and God’s mercy, I’ll rise again someday. Christ showed the way by rising from the dead first. That is what we celebrate today, on Easter: Resurrection Sunday!

What Would Happen if Jesus Came to America?

What Would Happen if Jesus Came to America?

If Jesus came in our day (2013) to the “land of the “free”, what would you expect the majority of Americans to do with Him? Would the “Word made Flesh” be received and welcomed as the Savior of the world? Would “church” goers receive Him with open arms? Would the socially dependant so called “poor”, rich and government and educational elites welcome Him with open arms? Would the conserative and leftist media outlets have good things to say about Him?

School voucher ruling supports religious freedom

School voucher ruling supports religious freedom

As the nation has focused on the Supreme Court hearings on the constitutionality of same sex marriage, news from the state of Indiana could prove far more important regarding the nations future. The Indiana Supreme Court on Tuesday ruled unanimously, 5-0, that the states school voucher program — signed into law in 2011 and the most expansive school voucher program in the nation — does not violate the states constitution.

Creating a Generation Accepting of Perversion

Creating a Generation Accepting of Perversion

Rush Limbaugh usually doesn’t spend a whole lot of time on social issues, but with the full-court press on marriage and family lately, he provided some valuable insight earlier this week on one of the key ways that Leftist activists have fostered more support for their perversion and narcissistic agenda. Most of us are aware that Planned Parenthood and the rest of the Left have been pushing an agenda of sexualization on society for several years now.

Marriage: The Framework of a Healthy Society

Marriage: The Framework of a Healthy Society

Some simple yet profound perspective on marriage. Marriage and all that come with it (the next generation, a healthy environment for that generation, a caring environment for that generation, a safe environment for that generation, and encouraging environment for that generation, a stable environment for that generation) provides the framework for a healthy society.

Evolution’s Cambrian Problem

Evolution’s Cambrian Problem

The hypothesis of evolution has a lot of problems, and I’ve discussed a lot of them before. One such problem is that of the Cambrian explosion. As we look down through the rock layers of our planet, we find lots of fossils, But when we go way down to the Cambrian, there are almost no organisms found in this layer. It seems that at the Cambrian level, there was an “explosion” of organisms suddenly on earth…almost as if they had all suddenly been created nearly at one time.

Bill O’Reilly is on the Wrong Side of Lot’s Door: Bowing to ‘Big Alphabet’

Bill O’Reilly is on the Wrong Side of Lot’s Door: Bowing to ‘Big Alphabet’

Bill O’Reilly says the compelling argument is on the side of homosexuals. Oh, I don’t know Bill, pedophiles are Americans too; so are adulterers, fornicators, prostitutes, porn-stars, poly-amorists, dwarves that work with donkeys at bachelor parties, and employees that have to be paid off to keep their mouth shut about the tubby that you want to take with them. Unlike the abortion battle, most “Christians” are choosing to sit this one out. It’s much easier to wear a tiny feet pin or put a “choose adoption” sticker on the back of the mini-van than it is to stand up to Hollywood, Washington, New York and Sodom.

Why I Could Write a Positive Holocaust Book

I am a member of a generation that wasn’t supposed to have been born, living proof that Hitler’s Final Solution to whatever Questions he had about the Jewish people didn’t succeed completely. I am also the grateful daughter of loving parents whose sense of optimism and belief in people miraculously prevailed despite it all. “How can you write such an uplifting Holocaust book? How can you speak so positively about what happened, given what happened?” How could I not, I reply.
