Attorney General Marty Jackley announced today that the South Dakota Supreme Court has issued an order denying Rodney Scott Berget’s Petition requesting a new Supreme Court hearing in relation to the murder of Senior Correctional Officer Ronald “ RJ” Johnson.



The Leftist fearmongers are at it again. This time, they want us to believe that if we cut anything from our $3 TRILLION + budget, you’ll have to eat dirty, rotten, putrid meat. It’ll also cost consumers more (presumably more than they are already being bilked from the federal government in wasted taxes) and destroy the meat industry. Uh huh.

Today, the managerial and therapeutic revolutions of the twentieth century have come to dominate. As a result, the church is less communal, less organic, and more institutional. We have become reliant on marketing techniques and programs and tend to treat the church as a mere organization to be maintained and managed as opposed to a supernatural life to be lived together under the rule and reign of God.

In light of the attacks on and after 9/11, you would think the current administration would use a little prudence if they were sincerely concerned about a radical Muslim threat. Interestingly enough, in recent years American public schools have been indoctrinated with the Muslim religion. Studies have shown over 500 historical errors in public school textbooks, giving an Islamic slant to our youth.

President Obama has not wasted any time in subtlety using and exploiting these reprobate masses as a firewall to protect his Marxist agenda and as a sword to push forth at breakneck speed. In this second term “president” Obama will continue to rapidly work outside the rule of law and our constitution and use any tragedy, victim, and crisis to bring about his secular and lawless ambitions.
