With Obamacare set to go into effect this coming January, the small-and medium sized business that typically create most of the new jobs will be at a severe disadvantage. That’s because the new federal health care law includes provisions that discourage companies from growing their operations to the point where they have over 49 employees. Nine gas stations in the nation now have pumps with E15 gasoline. E15 is a blend of regular gasoline mixed with 15 percent ethanol. The pumps are recognized by their black and orange labels. And that label is not something you want to ignore. Controversy surrounds this new blend and whether or not it is safe for your vehicle.

The Pacific Justice Institute reports that it has won an injunction against a new California law which prohibits licensed counseling of minors who seek to minimize or eliminate their same-sex-attraction.
