The press is supposed to be there to keep the public informed — not entertained — and certainly not propagandized to the point of acceptance of the almighty O or help in buying a ticket to the re-education (or failure) facility located somewhere, including the unemployment and welfare lines that are increasing at this very moment. Something is exceedingly wrong!

Everywhere you look is a demanding mob, a scandal, a crisis, a crime. And every lying politician promises to solve these problems with new taxes and restrictions, which only make our lives harder. Real, live politicians smile and lie and cheat better than any movie villain ever did. At a time when we are desperate for leaders who are trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean and reverent, a few good Scouts would be far more welcome than all those lying politicians put together.

In a scandalous story with more twists and turns than the road to Hana, we see a married CIA director who resigned after an affair with his Harvard-educated biographer, discovered because of her harassing emails targeting a doctor’s wife who was the CIA director’s “close friend,” read by an FBI agent who emailed shirtless pictures of himself that were uncovered in an investigation of “inappropriate communications” between a Marine General and the doctor’s wife, whose twin sister used personal recommendations from the CIA Director and the Marine in a contentious custody battle.

“Bloody Mary,” daughter of Henry VIII, sentenced 300 people to death during her 5 year reign. At her death, NOVEMBER 17, 1558, her half-sister Elizabeth became Queen. During Elizabeth’s 45 year reign, Shakespeare wrote plays, Francis Bacon began the scientific revolution and Sir Walter Raleigh attempted to settle a colony he named Virginia, in honor of the “Virgin Queen Elizabeth.”

Democrats have a much easier problem than Republicans. They are not trying to change America. The trends and attitudes that got the whole country on welfare, that produced the moral relativism that is destroying our families and character, is the platform of the Democratic Party. Democratic politicians have just one job: Deny the patient is sick.
