Rory Hoffman Plays Into the SD Country Music Hall of Fame

My brother-in-law Rory Hoffman, the talented Nashville musician who plays dozens of instruments and is a multiple-ICMA Award winner, is back in his native South Dakota and played at the Deadwood Mountain Grand last night with the old family band. Tomorrow he gets inducted into the South Dakota Country Music Hall of Fame.

In 2005, just days after the U.S. persuaded Israel to evacuate Gaza in exchange for peace, Hurricane Katrina struck New Orleans. On SEPTEMBER 8, President Bush declared a Day of Prayer and Remembrance. Another city was destroyed on SEPTEMBER 8, in the year 70 AD - the Jewish capital of Jerusalem.
