It is notoriously difficult to pin down most liberals on their beliefs. You tend to get a little more honesty from the ones at the national level, typically having many hundreds or thousands of miles separating them from the ones they rule, er, represent, but even they seldom say exactly what they think unless they are in private or feel particularly invulnerable. Liberals at a state and local level, especially those who aspire to hold public office, almost never tell you exactly what their values are. Trying to get some honesty from them is like playing a game of dodgeball with them.

Which World Do You Live In?
In the course of various discussions about frequently debated subjects, I have observed that there are some people whose viewpoints indicate that they live in the real world, and others whose viewpoints indicate that they live in a fantasy world. By the latter, I refer to people who assume that certain things are true that really aren’t, and that certain things have happened that never really did or could.

On July 6, I was asked by an Iowa radio host to explain how the unemployment rate could have remained stable at 8.2 percent when only 80,000 jobs were created and there is general economic agreement that the economy must generate 150,000 jobs a month just to keep the unemployment rate flat. This Aha!! Contradiction question has bothered me for quite some time, and the answer is not satisfying.

On Jan. 17, 2008, President Obama revealed to the San Francisco Chronicle what is finally becoming reality for America’s main energy producers. He said, “So if somebody wants to build a coal-powered plant, they can; it’s just that it will bankrupt them because they’re going to be charged a huge sum for all that greenhouse gas that’s being emitted.” The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has followed the president’s agenda and is nearing its goal of bankrupting many coal-fired power plants.

President Obama is a subjective narcissist who adheres to lawlessness, moral relativism and is fully opposed to the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God. He is the polar opposite of our Founding Fathers in every way and as we have seen, his chief trait is to display and parade his vindictive rage in all of his anti - constitutional policies. He and his administration will go completely full bore radical and lawless until this November and to do as much damage and destruction to Romany’s personal character and our nation as possible.

Studies suggest that brains may be wired with either a utopian or a tragic view of the world, corresponding roughly to liberals and conservatives. Although we share a common language, we often intend very different things. Until we analyze what we mean by the terms “just,” “fair” or “equal,” we continue to talk past each other in political debates. Conservatives believe in equal incentives and opportunity, but they realize an equality of results is impossible.

In India, a religious practice for some people was to bathe in the sewage-filled Ganges River. As a result, some would contract a water-born disease called cholera. The British Empire was the largest empire in world history, controlling over 13 million square miles and ruling over a half billion people. When the British East India Company gained control of India in the early 1800’s, they built railroads and sent steamboats up the rivers, Unfortunately, individuals infected with cholera were able to quickly travel back to Europe, carrying the disease of cholera with them. Spreading through unsanitary water, infected immigrants carried cholera to America, Canada, Mexico, Venezuela, Brazil, and the Pacific Coast.

South Dakota’s teachers have turned in almost twice the number of petition signatures to refer House Bill 1234 to a vote of the people in November’s General Election. The teachers’ immediate dislike for the bill was extremely obvious for the Governor’s idea to get more money to our teachers and, at the same time, improve the education system in the state. Like most issues, there are two sides and on both sides public education plans are in the offing.
