Alert: Gov Daugaard Support for Anti-Gun Legislators Exposed

Since South Dakota Governor Dennis Daugaard at a minimum thinks passage of his pet education bill is more important than saving innocent human life, protecting marriage and Second Amendment rights (assuming he doesn’t prefer RINOs to real Republicans outright), this is the latest mailer going out to educate the voters about Daugaard’s real priorities and the values of the RINOs he is trying to help continue pulling the wool over people’s eyes.

Interestingly, since Gov. Daugaard brought out into the open a few days ago this war RINOs have declared on the Republican base, even some of the more “moderate” websites and blogs across South Dakota are filled with outrage over what Daugaard has done in endorsing pro-abortion, pro-homosexual, pro-gun restriction liberals.  I am seeing comments from the heads of various county Republican Parties across the state who are livid that Daugaard has not only broken partisan where governors normally remain neutral, but that he is backing some of the worst examples of Republican values out there.

We’ll know in another week and a half whether Daugaard has helped or hurt the candidates he has endorsed.  The public at large is notoriously disengaged during primary season (which is how we often end up with these RINOs who are infesting our GOP and giving it a bad name), so it could make little difference either way.

However, if I had to bet, I’d say this is going to backfire bigtime on Gov. Daugaard and his favored ones, bringing attention to their liberal records that is the last thing they wanted…and a couple of those who have pretty good records may be hurt with “guilt by association” by being included in the governor’s “prize pen” with a bunch of flaming RINOs.

To think that so many of us across the state had to listen to the BS comments at LDD about party unity and accepting these rinos if and when they vote 80% with the party platform.
Who do you think is more riled up? The real Republicans at his efforts to protect his damn HB 1234 by endorsing these damn water carriers or the liberal & moderate “republicans” that he is supporting rinos?
