The Left’s War on Men

The Left’s War on Men

There is no war on women. Still, the act of refuting such tripe obscures an insidious assault on the other half of the population. Males, who are still deemed the dominant sex, don’t exactly fit the template of a victim class, and, in truth, it is not so much men who are teetering on the brink of extinction, it is the concept of manhood. The Politics of the Heart

The Politics of the Heart

The Left would have us believe that all animals are equal under socialist systems. But one need only refer to Cuba and the old Soviet Union to find that the most powerful can always receive preferential treatment.  I could add that Vice President Cheney, who waited over a year for a heart, reportedly did not benefit from his position, but the haters will not believe it.

Undermining the National Character

Undermining the National Character

Conservative commentary typically proceeds by highlighting the practical results of such disastrous policies as Obamacare. In recent days, however, we have seen the erosion of our character as a people, a violation of such founding traits as self-pride and individual responsibility. The defining traits of conservative leadership are too varied and detailed for this limited space.  But as the GOP’s 2012 nominating process continues, a few pertinent points bear further examination, lest the voters be fooled by spin-meisters and charlatans.

Waiting for an Anti-Newt

Waiting for an Anti-Newt

As a political junkie, my biggest wish was always for someone to put elite-media commentators and debate moderators in their place.  Now that Juan Williams and John King have both been savaged by the agile tongue of the great anti-Romney, I solemnly ask — is it too late to take that wish back? Discourse that was meant to be Reagan-esque now sounds calculated and predictable.
