We do help a client to avoid financial harm whenever a mistake or fraud causes a problem with a Medicare claim. But, we don’t file original claims. One strange thing about the bills is that they were for services rendered over three years before the client got the bill. The total of the bills from the collection agency was $9,137.63. I sent a letter to the bill’s originator. But, the letter came back marked undeliverable because no such party was at that address. Then, I started making phone calls to ask about the surgical center that our client’s doctor used to perform minor surgery on the client.
