Partial birth abortion is probably the most gruesome and heinous type of abortion. It is usually done late in a pregnancy when the child is too big to be chopped up and extracted in chunks. Santorum leaves Boxer running for cover to defend the indefensible. The GOP needs a presidential nominee who can strongly argue and defend the Republican position, and Santorum demonstrates that he is that person.
