Line Item Vetoes by South Dakota Governor

South Dakota Gov. Dennis Daugaard has issued line-item vetoes of HB1137 and HB1185. HB1137 is an act to impact education in South Dakota, to make an appropriation therefor, and to declare an emergency. HB1185 is an act to appropriate money for the ordinary expenses of the legislative, judicial, and executive departments of the state, the expenses of state institutions, interest on the public debt, and for common schools.

More Bills Signed by Gov. Daugaard

South Dakota Gov. Dennis Daugaard signed several bills into law today. Gov. Daugaard has also issued a statement confirming that he intends to sign SB 84, a bill to create the South Dakota Athletic Commission to regulate such activities as boxing and mixed martial arts competitions.

Gov. Daugaard Vetoes Fertilizer Fee Increase

South Dakota Gov. Dennis Daugaard has vetoed SB 115, an Act to increase the commercial fertilizer inspection fee for purposes of fertilizer-related research and to create the Nutrient Research Education Council to promote such research. In a statement accompanying the veto, Daugaard says this is not a fee increase but a tax, which he opposes.

They intend through deceptive measures to create monsters out of those who don’t agree with their lifestyles or political agendas and revert back to their carnal nature for distorted guidance, so in the end they can become the victim. Maybe this can explain why the radical homosexuals revert back to organizations like the Southern Poverty Law Center, whose founder Morris Dees, in the 1960s, defended the KKK for their guilt of attacking the black communities.
