Every single day, the mainstream media bombards us with subtle messages that make it clear what is “appropriate” and what is “inappropriate,” and most Americans quietly fall in line with this unwritten speech code. But just because it is not written down somewhere does not mean that it isn’t real. In fact, this speech code becomes more restrictive and more suffocating with each passing year.

The social fabric that binds America together as one has always been fragile, and to complete the fundamental transformation that Obama strives to achieve, it must be torn asunder from top to bottom in a wholesale surrender of the current rule of law to another set of laws composed not through consent, compromise and agreement, but instead through forced acquiescence.

With a President who makes the French seem aggressive in protecting their nation, and Republican congressional leadership that cowers in fear of him, it is no wonder that our nation turns to fantasy in search of truth, justice and the American way.

In today’s mealy-mouthed “tolerant” culture, stating that someone or some thing is wrong is probably the worst “crime” or “immoral act” that a person can commit. Right on its heels, the second-worst thing you can do in such a milquetoast society is calling something or someone “a name.”

There is a right and wrong, and it requires judgment (the anathema to liberal thought) to be exercised. Despite liberal claims to the contrary, there are certain behaviors that should not be tolerated! Freedom requires self-limits to avoid trampling on the freedoms of others. Rights are always…ALWAYS!… accompanied by responsibilities: if you don’t exercise one, you end up losing the other.
