Mark DiSanto is running for District 4 Pennington County Commission. The Pennington County Commission has made some missteps in the last year or so. First there was the wheel tax the commission supported, which was then rejected by the taxpayers at the ballot box. Then there was the 20% raise the commission gave itself, which angered many taxpayers, especially since it came right on the heels of the wheel tax.
