One of the worst ideas that the Obama administration has proposed, making it harder for employers to obtain legal advice, is apparently moving forward. On Dec. 7, the U.S. Department of Labor submitted a draft final regulation to the White House for review which would do exactly that, assuming that the draft contains the provisions found in the proposed rule.

There is a right and wrong, and it requires judgment (the anathema to liberal thought) to be exercised. Despite liberal claims to the contrary, there are certain behaviors that should not be tolerated! Freedom requires self-limits to avoid trampling on the freedoms of others. Rights are always…ALWAYS!… accompanied by responsibilities: if you don’t exercise one, you end up losing the other.
