Barronelle Stutzman the owner of Arlene’s Flowers in Richland, Washington was ruled against by the Washington State Supreme Court. In 2013, a multi-year repeat customer asked her to provide the floral arrangements for his upcoming homosexual un-wedding ceremony. Mrs. Stutzman politely refused, explaining it would violate her religious beliefs on marriage.

With our client in the office, I phoned Medicare. To our surprise, the medical biller never filed one of the claims with Medicare. The medical biller was telling the senior citizen to pay $433.50 without first filing the claim with Medicare. That’s a violation of Medicare rules.
