2012 South Dakota AG Ballot Explanations Released
South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley announces that he delivered to the Secretary of State the following Attorney General ballot explanations for placement on the November 2012 general election ballot. These measures include legislation to deal with a Large Project Development Fund, tax increases for education and Medicaid funding, corporations, reimbursement for legislators, the cement plant trust fund, and a balanced budget amendment.
