I couldn’t agree with Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal more. He’s absolutely right. We need to move away from being hyphenated-Americans, and immigration without assimilation is actually invasion.

Why the Supreme Court is not Supreme
Over the last few decades, the other two branches of government, the legislative and the executive, have, for some inexplicable reason, acquiesced to the notion of judicial supremacy – a dangerously dominant concept that erroneously regards the United States Supreme Court as the final arbiter of all things public policy. Maybe I should run for governor. As a candidate, I could talk about issues that affect senior citizens more freely. I could describe proposals to help protect both senior citizens and others from medical billing fraud. Stopping just that would save Indiana citizens and government millions of dollars per year.

Judicial tyranny, specifically in our American court system, has usurped legislative jurisdiction, and I am so bold as to add Divine jurisdiction, in our Constitutional Republic.
