This bill is designed to advance the homosexual agenda and provide special protections for homosexuals.

Rep. Kristi Noem (R-SD) was in Rapid City yesterday and met with the city’s two Tea Party groups, the South Dakota Tea Party Alliance and Citizens for Liberty in a public forum. The meeting was held at the South Dakota School of Mines Saturday afternoon. Rep. Noem began with a presentation on the federal budget, then spent the next 40 minutes or so taking questions on a variety of topics from the audience.
