The Return of the One that Got Away

The Return of the One that Got Away

When I converted to Christianity it became apparent that I could not reconcile my faith in God with my musical listening tendencies. I soon found myself sorting through my compact disc collection and discarding those which I deemed incompatible with my Christian worldview. With the exception of a few U2 albums, my complete collection, predominantly comprised of high profile hard rock selections from the eighties and nineties, had been completely purged.

Animals and Humans: A Star Wars Philosophy

People may walk out of a theater with new thoughts swirling in their mind that they have taken no time to evaluate. In fact they may believe something to be true simply because it was presented in a powerfully moving, emotionally grabbing way that overpowers all the reasoning abilities that are sitting on the intellectual sidelines.

Hollywood-Washington Anti-Gunners Promote Gun Violence!

In light of the violence across America where a criminal uses a weapon to commit a crime, it is of interest to take note of the blatant hypocrisy of those who are to serve the people. This happens when they attempt to try and do a disservice by asking those they serve to do the opposite of what it is that they do.
