April 22 in the year of our Lord 2016, President Obama signed the Paris Climate Treaty. He has promised that before he leaves office he will implement this – which I take to mean he will use again, unconstitutional executive orders to pull it off. This is a clear violation of the Treaty provisions of the Constitution, a violation of his oath of office and therefore an impeachable offense.
