Without liberty, law loses its nature and its name, and becomes oppression. Without law, liberty also loses its nature and its name, and becomes licentiousness. — James Wilson, Founder and signer of the Declaration and Constitution

Liberals to Evil is Like Moths to a Flame

April 25, 2012   ·   By   ·   2 Comments

Reason.tv went to the Occupy Wall Street insanity-fest held at the Department of Justice in Washington D.C., and this is what they saw.

Isn’t it amazing how predictably the Left defends murderers, dirtbags, despots and evil in general?

Like….

  • Defending cop killer Mumia Abu-Jamal
  • Bellyaching because crime rates have decreased as incarceration rates have increased (duh!  sounds like the public education system’s “new math” is still “working”)
  • Praising despotic regimes
  • We hate the death penalty for cold-blooded murderers in America, but we love Marxist dictatorships where the death penalty is imposed for disagreeing with your leader
  • America needs fair elections like those in Cuba and other Marxist dictatorships
  • “We can’t be free unless we end free-market capitalism
  • Using the word “liberation” and “socialism” anywhere together
  • We should put policemen, prosecutors and other representatives of the justice system in jail for 24 hours so they can “understand” what it is “they are doing to” people who show contempt for society by breaking our laws

Morally speaking, you can just about set your watch by liberals.  If it’s evil, they’re for it; if it’s good, they hate it.

For the 947,633rd time this week, I am forced to ask myself…

I know watching these occutards is a learning experience, but I just can’t stomach the image anymore.  I’d rather watch a stopped up toilet overflow.

Liberals in California Target Judges with Boy Scout Ties

Gina Miller

Give them an inch, and they’ll demand a mile. We warned you that the terrible decision by the Boy Scouts of America to allow openly homosexual boys into membership would only lead to further attacks against the organization by the militant homosexual Left. We were right, and the target is now judges who have ties to the Scouts.

The Rightful Remedy

Guest Author

Two hundred thirty years after the Founders won American independence from a tyrannical monarch, the inheritors of their estate are facing a hard reality: liberty is jealously defended or it is lost. As all three branches of the federal government exercise powers beyond those granted, our God-given rights are under sustained assault. The question is: what is the remedy?

I find it more than a little interesting that within 48 hours we are celebrating the high holy days of two of the world's largest and oldest religions: Christianity and (the oldest) Paganism.

"We don't intend to turn the Republican Party over to the traitors in the battle just ended. We will have no more of those candidates who are pledged to the same goals as our opposition and who seek our support. Turning the party over to the so-called moderates wouldn't make any sense at all." - Ronald Reagan, Nov. 10, 1964
