PIERRE, S.D. – Gov. Dennis Daugaard has signed the following legislative bills, completing action on all remaining bills in advance of the final legislative day, Monday, March 19:

HB1133 – An Act to establish the Legislature’s Planning Committee.

SB10 – An Act to revise certain provisions pertaining to boating while under the influence.

SB72 – An Act to regulate persons offering speech-language pathology to the public.

SB91 – An Act to allow shareholders of corporations to represent corporations in property tax appeals at the Office of Hearing Examiners.

SB146 – An Act to provide for an affirmative defense of compulsion for the crime of prostitution.
