Rep. Noem Affirms Working Families Flexibility Act

Today, the U.S. House of Representatives passed the Working Families Flexibility Act of 2013, which will allow non-salaried private-sector workers to receive paid time off, or “comp time,” for overtime hours worked. Rep. Kristi Noem (R-SD) cosponsored this legislation to provide working families additional flexibility to choose between paid time off and overtime pay.

Another Religious Freedom Lawsuit Filed Against ObamaCare

Today, the Thomas More Law Center filed a lawsuit in the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan challenging the Obama Administration’s HHS Mandate. The lawsuit was brought on behalf four brothers, Terrence, John, James and Christopher Nagle and their family-owned business, M&N Plastics, Inc. They all share a deep religious conviction that abortion, abortifacients, and life-ending contraceptives are a grave sin.

Honoring the Office

I have been exposing this administration on my radio show for years concerning their criminal conduct. I once had a radio station manager approach me because I was calling out Obama’s corruption on the air. He admitted that he knows President Obama is “un-American, reckless, ignorant, dangerous, and even corrupt.” But then he went on to say, “He is still the president of the United States, and we need to honor him and his office as such.”
