Violence in America: A Long Line of Leftists

I heard a very interesting tidbit of information during the podcast of the second hour of Roger Hedgecock‘s Jan. 17 show.

It did not surprise me–not one iota–but it was very interesting in light of the fact that since Lord Obama ascended to the throne in 2009, our government has been realigned to brand conservatives as violent threats…while doing everything they can to downplay the threat of Islamic extremism and other enemies of our country.

Things have become so upside-down in the Obama government that the Combating Terrorism Center at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, which normally in any sane American government concerns itself with legitimate threats like those from Islamic radicalism, now believes conservatives are a threat.

Every time some nut job slaughters someone, the Left, propelled by their propaganda arm in the “mainstream” media, tries desperately to paint the killer as a conservative. It never matters whether there’s a shred of evidence or not; the hysteria of the narrative is what is important because, after all, we know that conservatives value the right to keep and bear arms, and when a nutjob MIS-USES that right by slaughtering someone with a firearm, well, they must be a conservative, right?

We found out pretty quick that wack job Jared Loughner was a flag-burning, dope-smoking “conservative” (uh huh)…but the truth didn’t impede the Leftist narrative, even when a Leftist threatened a Tea Party leader.

The Holocaust Museum shooter was supposed to be a violent conservative, too…even though he looked more like a Leftist than someone on the Right.

When Major Hasan slaughtered several people at Fort Hood in the name of Allah…that was “workplace violence,” of course. Besides, he was one of these evil military people that we need to be afraid of–had nothing to do with radical Islam, even though he invoked the name of Allah when he began his slaughter.

We also regularly hear violent vitriol from liberals, including violent sentiments from Leftist Occupiers, riots and property damage by Leftists, attacks on innocent people by Leftists,  bombing plots from these Marxist Occupiers, and general mayhem by Leftists.

If we roll the clock back a ways, we see still more Leftist violence, including Barack Obama’s domestic terrorist pal Bill Ayers and merry band of Marxists who bombed the U.S. Capitol, the Pentagon, numerous post offices, court houses and other locations.

And the list goes on.  But somehow freedom-loving, law-abiding conservatives who believe in the U.S. Constitution and the rule of law are somehow the violent threats to our society.  Uh huh.

Back to the Roger Hedgecock show. Hedgecock found an interesting pattern in the political affiliation of several of the best-known killers in recent history. Roger said:

I think we know, however, that there’s a registration list that tells us pretty much where the killers are.

The Fort Hood shooter, Major Hasan, was a registered Democrat.

The Virginia Tech shooter was a registered Democrat.

The Colorado theater shooter in Aurora was a registered Democrat.

The Connecticut school shooter was a registered Democrat.

The Columbine shooters were too young to register; both of their families were registered Democrats and Progressive liberals.

Maybe rather than restrict the right to keep and bear arms of ALL Americans (especially law-abiding ones), maybe we should only restrict the right of DEMOCRATS to keep and bear arms, since the pattern is pretty compelling that the vast majority of violence in America is committed by Leftists and Democrats (pardon the redundancy).

Any of you liberals up for some “common sense gun control” now?

Operation Vigilant Eagle: Is This Really How We Honor Our Nation’s Veterans?

John W. Whitehead

Just in time for Memorial Day, we’re being treated to a generous serving of praise and grandstanding by politicians, corporations and others with similarly self-serving motives eager to go on record as being pro-military. We erect monuments for those who die while serving in the military, yet for those who return home, there’s little honor to be found. Making matters worse, thanks to Operation Vigilant Eagle, a program launched by the Department of Homeland Security in 2009, military veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan are also being characterized as extremists and potential domestic terrorist threats.

501(c)(4) Political Activity Rules Already Clear

Robert Romano

In testimony before the House Ways and Means Committee, outgoing Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Commissioner Steven Miller’s suggested that the targeting of tea party and other groups was in part caused by Congress’ failure to provide “clear rules” on what constitutes political activity. But those rules are already clear, Americans for Limited Government President Nathan Mehrens noted.

I Don’t Believe it None

Carrie K. Hutchens

We are to believe, according to the pro-O media, that President Obama has survived the scandals and his ratings haven't dropped dangerously low. I don't believe it. Too much talk on the streets says differently. There are people who like to mess with the poll results, just because they can. There are people who swing back and forth on their opinions on any given day. And, there are people who are probably afraid their answers are being reported back to some central source for loyalty review.

"We don't intend to turn the Republican Party over to the traitors in the battle just ended.
